time.. is against me
God its only december. me and whitegirl (liz) have for the past 2 years been researching and its fiannly paid off. I already found a woman who is a big member of black exutives who is going to help me get SBA approved and a sba one hundred and fifty thousand dollar fiancing plus a around a tewnty five thousand dollar line of revloving credit. all i need to do is BE 18!! but im not.. it makes me mad that some one who has banks help, is in college, has the iq of 117, and will do any immorale thing to ensure success cant get fiancing untill there 18. whell ill get a head start ill start bidding on companies in march get fiancing in early april and sign all the paper work on the 15th (my birthday) god... i cant wait.
after 2 years of researching the answer to my problems was at a local bank...
its so sad i even found the house i want to live in its so cute its 3000square feet 3bed 2.5 bath 2 car detachted garage in river oaks (homes from 3.3 mil) well the new homes are this one was old like 1970's but it was only 3500 a mounth untilies paid.
I am just amazed at how easy it is to get a sucessful company all u have to do is spend some one elses money and banks just give it to u. everyone could be rich but they all lack ambisshion its funny lizs meets all theese rich mens sons and they all lack the ambishon to go out there and find a cute little black lady who will help you get an SBA 85% garantee or the ambisshion to look in the cronical for a bussiness broker.. god i cant wait i really cant its tearing me up inside i look at the car i want to buy the house i want to live in and the companies i want to own and relize i have to wait 5mounths!!!! ...
my plan is simple
1. bid a company
2. get a bid accepted
3. get a SBA to approve my prossal
4. present my proposal to a bank with the SBA 85% backing
5. get the company and start gettign discresionary earnings checks
6. repeat but this time put it all in liz's name
they wont give me 2 companies at once.. so i have to envole liz then ill be making like 10k a mounth and i can live in river oaks and drive a PORSCHE... i cant wait.. but whats sucks is i'm going to u of h and some people i hate!! are going there too i think when i start getting my stacks of bread ill call danyell and get his boys to take care of some people for me... :)...
ok enough ranting about how i hate time im out
